ROCC FIT is a metabolic conditioning and circuit-training workout, adjusted for ALL fitness levels, for both guys and gals! We meet in the ROCC Gym on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6 to 6:45 pm during the school year. Our Winter/Spring session begins January 16, 2018. Check our calendar for all other dates. Bring your mat, water, towel, and dumbbells. Come work your muscles; both physical and spiritual!
